Custom Printed Legal Sized Forms are printed on 8.5 x 14, 2-part NCR paper in the color sequence of white and yellow. You will have the option of having your custom form printed in one color ink: black, blue or your choice of ink color. This form is printed from your own design or a clean scanned copy of an existing form. While placing your order on our website, do not forget to consider customizing options such as having your forms made into booklets, numbered or perforated. After you upload your custom form and place your order, we will email you a proof. All forms are printed within 5-7 working days from the time you have replied with an approval of the proof.
