This 8.5×11 sales order form has room to list up to 18 items and can also be used as an invoice. The forms will be printed with your company information and logo on your choice of 2 or 3 part NCR carbonless paper.
The sales order invoice forms have an area to record billing and shipping information. There is more than enough space to list products, ID numbers, quantities, unit prices and totals. Credit card information and authorization lines have been placed at the bottom. Keep in mind this is a general template and all of this information is customizable to fit the unique needs of your business.
